Spoiler Alert (the last episode of the first season)














I agree with the point that Ryka had made.  Reinhard wants to keep the
hair of Kircheis is a way of comfort and could always remind him the
mistake that he had made.  

I am not sure whether keeping a lock of someone hair is only an Asian
practice or not.  But if it is, then the only explanation that I could
ever think of is that the author himself is an Japanese....
