I haven't seen this one, but the May issue of Dangeki Hobby Magazine (that
replaced B-Club) has pictures of the new pre-painted desktop models of the
Hyperion and Brunhilde. They have either a pewter finish, or their original
colors with some weathering added. They are not as detailed as the 1/5000
ALBA kits, but at about the same 4800 Yen price, it's already finished and
is probably less fragile. Hobbylink Japan has them available for order, but
are not due out for a month or two. A couple of weeks ago I received the
new 1/2500 Brunhilde, and it is AMAZING! It'll be easier to put together
than the smaller one, because the castings are perfect! It's a little
pricey though, at 21000 Yen, so I don't have enough confidence to build it
up right yet.
