Update for ship pictures

Hello again.
I made few updates for ships pictures in my page (those that can be used in vga planets to replace fascists). Few pictures were replaced and jpg pictures are now available (though they must still be converted to bmps if you want to use them). New picture for Fascist boarding action was also added (bmp)

No updates here, might do something in few days.
