Missing Web Page and AX2K

Hey! Does anyone know what happened to the "Portrait of Heroes" web
page which had scans from the Katsumi Michihara (the LGH manga artist)
art book of the same name? It was formerly located at:
http://www.fortunecity.com/lavendar/jerningham/6/
But when I tried to access it just now I got a "File Not Found 404"
error. I ask because I had a question from someone by email asking
about the manga, and that was always a place I sent people because it
had some nice scans of the manga style artwork.
And as long as I am emailing the list, what about the idea of planning
a lunch or dinner get together for LGH list members at Anime Expo 2000?
I suppose we will all congregate at the LGH panel Saturday and could
work out a plan of some sort then, or what?
