I did that uniform three years ago. I sent it in for alterations, and they closed up shop before I got it back. All I have left are the tie, shirt, the doodad for the middle of the hat, and a special tie-bar with
the triangular doodads. I can mail the costume details to you if you like. They were really nice: I put gold foil on them.
