Tokuma in US

Apologies if this was already discussed.
Now, I was able to pull the following information from my archives about Tokuma Shoten having a US branch in Bellevue Washington(close to Microsoft Headquarters).

They closed the branch sometime in the mid-90's. Does anybody on this list know who worked there? Tokuma only really released Ghibli artbooks when they had the branch there. I wonder if they're considering at all in opening up their branch again here?
