Here is a guess. FPA 41,000 ships Empire 20,000 ships.
FPA
4th fleet 12,000
6th fleet 13,000
2nd fleet 16,000
Empire
20,000
I would guess a mix of
10% heavy battleship The big gun.
10% fastbattleship/battlecrusier Fast strikes. Vanguard
40% crusiers Join Heavy battleship as primary punch
20% frigates Support Fastbattleships/battlecrusiers
20% destroyers For scout and picket.
Carriers should be classified as Crusier class ships.
Well there is my guesses.
