Actually he only drinks off the job. Remember time may look compressed
for us TV viewers, the LoGH battles last for hours and days. Not the
22 minutes we are used to. =) So far, I only seen him drink after the
battle, which mean he is sober for at lease a day. Julian must be
proud. Ofcouse, if he drinks on duty, his tab goto the government.
And Julian can't say Yang's liquor bill gone up another few percent.
