[LoGH] Updates to the InfoCenter!

Happy Holidays to all! As a Christmas president to everybody,
we're happy to announce some great updates to the Info Center!
The General Information section has been reorganized, with the following
new pages:
The new Historical Names section, which details the possible historical
significance of many of the names used in the series. Remember some of the
historical research findings mentioned a few months back? The fruits
of those labors can be found on this page!
The Kaisers of the Galactic Empire: This new page will list all 36 Kaisers
who have ruled the Empire, up to the beginning of the series. (still
under construction, so there are some blanks here)
Conventions of the Galactic Heroes, with summaries of LoGH panels
at various anime conventions, including Anime Expo, Sakura Con, and
Otakon.
A page on Imperial Noble titles, with some historical notes.
Other updates include:
Updates to the links, music, and lyrics pages.
A new Java chat, for those of you who would like to try chat but don't
have an IRC client.
A slightly new main page, with news and update information.
