[LoGH] InfoCenter Update (10-03-2000)

Nothing huge, just pushed the latest LoGH-ML archive up to
www.logh.net/loghlist.  This includes all messages from 07/01 to 09/30/2000.

All messages are present, I did add in the subject lines episode numbers for
spoilers.  No reason to start all that up again.  I hope no one minds.


Nothing is omitted except for a winmail.dat style attachment that we really
didn't need 2 screenfuls of.
