The rule of thumb for AX is essentially, if Kikakuwa and/or
Ishiguro attend, and there is new LoGH stuff, the panel should happen. The
AX LoGH panel has been an industry panel as long as I have been attending
AX (1997 was my first year), so AX, Kikakuwa/Ishiguro, and mabye Taka will
have the final say.
In '98, there was an ep from the first Gaiden series. In '99, the pilot
dub. Last year, there was the Hero of El Facile Gaiden episode. What's in
store for 2001? Hard to say...

I am working on putting together a panel, hopefully with Taka, for Fanime
Con. Details forthcoming, but it would most likely be on Sunday, April 1.
I am going to Anime Central, but have not yet been able to contact the
person in charge of panels.
