Feh. Enough with the conspiracy theory. Hollywood has no interest in
revisionist history per se. Hollywood made Pearl Harbour to make money.
That's it.
Well...they sure are doing it. Just consider U-571 where americans got
Enigma at year 1943 when in reality brits got it 1941.
U-571, also, at no point says it's a true story and lists the real Enigma
'missions' at the end.
It's just a movie; no more, no less.
That still does not mean I should approve it.
We have a channel if you want to watch real historical dramas, named "The
History Channel". Pearl Harbor, U-571 etc are just entertainment and you
all need to relax.
Cannot watch it here but I do have lots of books in home, though I rarely
watch tv nowadays (expect news).
but what you said is true. Let's drop this subject until this becomes PH
mailing list.
