True that there were only a few female officers in the series. However,
that's true of most militaries, even in this day and age. The Military is,
was, and always will be very male-centric.
In addition, you seem to forget that LoGH actually has some of the strongest
female characters around. Fredrica Greenhill, Hildagarde Von Mariendorf,
Annarose Von Gruenwald (Yes, Reinhardt's sister, as it takes strength to do
what she did,) Adriana Rubenski, Jessica Edwards, The Baroness Magdalena
Westphalen... The list goes on...

I would leave it the same way that it is, except add english subtitles, and
release it in the US. By the way, the show is a OVA, not a TV Series.
