T!T!T! pretty much did it all as far as this subject is concerned. The=
new movie was just an excuse for Hollywood to make more money & sell mor=
e popcorn while we moviegoers get to watch more silver screen fireworks. =

I'm having trouble finding statistics right now, but I vaguely recall t=
he flick said it was around 30 or so, out of 300. I thought from other s=
ources it was only a dozen, but again I'm not sure. BTW, I'm less certai=
n of the accuracy of the Doolittle Raid on Tokyo because the flick made i=
t look like they went thru a firestorm of triple-A and lost many bombers,=
but most of the history books I read suggested there was only scant resi=
stance and almost all 16 B-25's continued on to China or Russia (where mo=
st of them crashlanded, but the majority of their crews got back to the S=
tates alive). That's dramatic license for ya. =20

PS: To Hank & Leet: Sorry I keep going off topic, but until they come o=
ut with some new LoGH this is all I have to talk about. ;-)
