Wow Thats a lot of ships . So how many men and fighters  did the ships carry ?

THERE MAY BE SPOILER INFO HERE:

From Michael Milkulis:
***
Rhienhard had 20,000 ships at Astarte.  The alliance had three fleets for a
total of 40,000 ships.  According to the second movie, the fleet directly
ahead of Rhienhard had 12,000 ships, the fleet with Jean Rober had 13,000
ships, and the fleet with Yang Wenli had 15,000 ships (Jean Rober and Yang
Wenli weren't the commanders of those fleets, just the most significant
character in each one).

The TV series implied that each of the three fleets had 13,000 ships and
said that Rheinhard was outnumbered 2 to 1.

As for totals: I'd estimate the FPA fleet at 135,000-160,000 and the
Imperial fleet at 250,000-320,000 ships after the battle of Astarte.  It's
easier to estimate the alliance since they end up scraping for more ships.
This is also after the Alliance took severe losses in two battles.  Also,
the series rarely states how many ships are in one of Rheinhard's
suburdinate's fleets while Alliance fleets consistently have around 13,000
ships.  The Imperial numbers also include any noble "levies".

From Justin Ho:

All estimates are for combat and support ships combined.
Sources were from Season 1 and 2 since the availability of new construction
renders data from Season 3 less than reliable for computing initial
strength
at beginning of Season 1.

Empire Estimate:
Noble Levies 150,000 ships
(Littenheim's little escapade was said to have cost the nobles 1/3 of their
forces)
Regular Navy 207,000
(Report on Imperial armada in Season 2 factoring in Fortress vs. Fortress
numbers and Ragnarok phase 1)

Total: 357,000 ships
(edge up if factoring in any unengaged and otherwise unmentioned garrison
forces)

Alliance Estimate:
12 Fleets (at avg. 13,000 each) 156,000
(since Yang's original 6400 is called "half a fleet")
Independent squadrons 12,000
(from numbers in Fortress vs Fortress battle and Rantemario)

Total: 168,000
(edge up likewise if factoring in unmentioned garrison forces)

Side note: Seeing as how a normal Imperial High Admiral's command ranges
from 36,000 to 40,000, Reinhard was given a decidedly understrength force
for Astate.

On the playtesting...

Being a FT fan I'd be interested inseeing this. Is there a URL?

Andy.

He took requests for what he'd created directly. I repeated his offer on
the Full Thrust list, sent his work up to a few who mentioned interest, but
didn't think they had any opportunities for the playing, soon.

Justin, did anyone else contact you? I made a strong suggestion that they
forward comments to you even if only off the top of their heads.
