[LoGH] ACen Panel

The LoGH panel at ACen went pretty well. Showed the making of documentary
and the El Facile OVA. About 10-15 ppl in attendence, tho they tended to
wander in and out.
As for the news announcement at the panel, Lee has already announced it,
so refer to his message for the details.
