Wa ga yuku ha(wa) hoshi no taikai.
In this case, "ha" is pronounced "wa".
The meaning is "It's a sea of the stars that I'm going..."

That's right. There's katakana to read "overture". Japanese fans prefer to
pronounce it "jokyoku" of kanji. Because it sounds easier for us.
