Gundam Original Series is *by far* the most popular in Japan. It's why
there was a business model for making the later series. Like Star Trek or
Star Wars or most any other show, the later series are hollow attempts to
attain the greatness of the original. 0083 might have been popular among
anime fans, but I wonder what % of people who loved Gundam are even aware
that 0083 was ever made.

I don't even remember what were on the poll now, but I wasn't shocked by
any of them.. some of them were surprising, but not unbelievable.
