True. I suppose he is responsible for the conduct of his coordinates.
I still trust in Reinhards judgement though and if confronted, he probably
would have vetoed the idea of sending billions of people to
their doom, he should have outlined his agenda more in stone with people
like Oberstein. But then Oberstein wasn't punished. Sigh... if only
Seig was there...
