Status of translations/subs[G]?

I was wondering what the current state of the second season subs is at this
time, as it hasn't been mentioned here for a couple of months. How many
episodes have been translated? How many have been subtitled? Is the eps.
39-42 tape out yet? Thanks for any information.
BTW, I am interested in obtaining any nice-quality copies of eps. 35-38,
(and 39-42 if now available), so if you want to exercise your generosity
towards a fellow fan, here's an opportunity. :) If you are interested in
