The book was published on 31 July 1992.  The ISBN is "ISBN4-19-124916-9".

The title should be "E-N-SA-I-KU-RO-PE-DE-I-A""GIN-N-GA-E-I-YU-U-DE-N-SE-TSU".
"E-N-SA-I-KU-RO-PE-DE-I-A" is in kata kana and
"GIN-N-GA-E-I-YU-U-DE-N-SE-TSU" is in kanji.

The mailing address of Tokuma Shoten in the book is in kanji, which I do not
know how to type on my Chinese version of Windows.  You can find their
address in any book they published not too long ago.
