LoGH listers,
We've had many new subscribers in the past few months. So I guess this
would be a good time to point out some of list-related issues.
1) If your account is expiring or if you change your email address, please
don't forget to unsubscrib from your old address. This is because all
bounced mail gets sent back to me and I would prefer not have to wade
through a gadzillion "Returned Mail: User Unknown" messages.
2) to change your list status (such as subscribing or unsubscribing)
please send emails to majordomo@soda.csua.berkeley.edu
3) somebody just sent a message to the list with "help" as the subject
header. The majordomo program here tends to read that as a "help"
command, so be careful in your subject headers unless you really do want
majordomo help.
