When I originally designed the info center, frames were so new they usually
crashed browsers.

This has changed somewhat and I'd like to get an idea what newer browser
features I should use (if any):

	Frame Usage		[  ] Yes	[  ] No

	JavaScript Usage	[  ] Yes	[  ] No

	In Browser Video Clips	[  ] Yes	[  ] No
