LoGH VCD questions

Greetings
Browsing old posts, I read about the LoGH VCDs from Sasa VCD, but after
visiting their homepage, I found out the LoGH Boxsets don't have the same
number of discs:
LoGH Part I has 13 discs
LoGH Part II has 14 discs
LoGH Part III has 16 discs
LoGH Part IV has 12 discs
I have never seen a VCD, but AFAIK, it can hold about 60min of video. So,
do each Sasa's LoGH VCD Boxsets contain one complete season and some discs
hold more than 2 episodes each? Or does Part III include some episodes from
the 3rd Season and Part IV contains the remaining? I'm specially interested
on info about the 4th Season, but comments regarding overall video quality
would be welcomed.
Also, could anybody who has them please tell me box dimensions and maybe
weight? A friend could bring them from USA and I'd like to have some idea
about how bulky they are beforehand.
And finally, could anybody please recommend other stores? www.asiacd.com
sells them cheaper but only Part I and II are in stock.
