Imperial Ranks

After a bit of research, I have made a Imperial Officer ranks page
which will hopefully explain the complicated Imperial
ranking system. This covers all Imperial commissioned officer ranks, from
Ensign on up.

I plan to do pages for the Alliance ranks and the Imperial enlisted
ranks as well.
