I've dealt with Nikaku frequently, and I recommend them - I've never had the
above mentioned situation happen to me, though. They've always told me upfront
whether they have something or not - and their turnaround is great. I got all
the 2d series LOGH CDs from them - but that was a while ago, I don't know if
they still have them.
Just my personal experience.
