It seems that TVC15 has updated the site I cited just yesterday. At the
very top of the page is a picture of the front cover of the "Derdensagen
vom Kosmosinsef Mechanical Photo File" for 3800 Yen. The site is still
at:

http://cgi.tvc-15.com/cgi/tvc-15.com/alba/alba.html

And there is a e-mail address posted next to the book: open@tvc-15.com
I can't read anything there, but there is also another e-mail address
for questions in english: e-letter@tvc-15.com

It looks like only Mitterbeier's "Beiowolf" is presently avialable. I
am presently working on the "Tristan" I had received some time back.
They only release a few kits at any given time, given the hand-crafted
nature of the kits and the bewildering number of kits to put out. It
should be re-released within the next year probably. It had a few more
flaws to work out, but they are very comparable. I'd say that on the
whole, the kits they're putting out now are much better than they were.
But even then, they were still buildable.
