Totally agreed.  One should also note that Reinhard's decision of not to
intervene the Westerland Massacre is an indirect cause of Kircheis' death, which
almost destroy Reinhard mentally.  Since then, he changed a lot in nature.  My
opinion is that he felt guilty about his ignorance and spite.  In order to
compensate, he 'tried' so hard to be a desirable Emperor.
