In that same eps with westerland wasn't there a bit of an indication that
it was pretty much bad taste to use the nukes on an inhabited planet, that
it hasnt' been done for a very loong time, which made the nobles even more
apalling.

Eeto, well i don't think the physics of igniting a nuke in space has been
thoroughly examined yet.  So it might be rather iffy as to what happens
when you target a fleet with nuke.  But we know what happens when it hits
a planet, and in Amlitzer's case, hitting the planet was jsut a step to
cause a larger explosion that wasn't the power of the nuke itself.

Dunno about that.  Don't think they've used nukes anywhere else....
