I'm sure you could probably order from Sasuga or Kinokunia or somewhere like that if you don't have a local OCS. The problem with OCS is that they're a little expensive and it's slow to start a new subscription (usually 3 months, but Chara took even longer, probably because it's only bimonthly), but so far they've been dependable and I walk in to pick up my manga which minimizes on postage.
