LOGH OVA Fansubs?

I recently went to the fansub distributer Anime Cottage, and
saw that they were distributing episodes 1-6 of the LOGH
OVA. Is this the new one that was premiered last year at
AX? Or is this the tv series? It was fansubbed by
Studio Silene, which I can't find a webpage for.
Does anyone know if the new ova series was fansubbed and
who I might get a copy from?
It'd be greatly appreciated.
