[Spoiler] What happened at El Facil?

Okay, almost all of us knows that Yang is known as the Hero of El Facil. The
question is, what exactly happened there? In eps 82, they mention something
about Fork almost killing 2 million people, and it has to do with Yang. I
kind got me confused. Is the story told in some episode or movie/ova? Could
someone enlighten me? Thanx.
