Great, I also emailed it to a Canadian LGH fan I sometimes correspond with,
Ted Ekering. Hopefully he'll join.

See my comments below.  Also may we want to consider moving the Yamato list
over here?  If there is not a problem in having publicly advertised MLs from
this server, maybe this would be a better way to have the Yamato list and have
it not be a secret.  Whadday think?  We could always keep the old one around
for the "old guard" :)

Actually the 3rd series is now out bringing the total to over 78 epsiodes,
plus there's the OVA.  104 eps. are planned.

Actually it may be much further than that.  The Alliance time scale is the old
dating scheme of the USG (precursor to the Empire) and it has been about 800
years just since the USG started.  It surely was at least several centuries
before a unified space gov't. was creates.  In our time scale I would be
surprised if LoGH takes place before the 31st century or so, but I am not
sure.  The best person to ask on this is Sue Shambaugh. Actually, has anyone
contacted her directly about this ML? Her email is csue@delphi.com.
