Hmmm now this is a good question. My feeling is it is probably even harder to
find good singers of German in Japan than it is to find good singers of
English. And I dunno how popular German is over there compared to English - I
think a lot of Japanese shool kids study English, I don't know how many study
German. Therefore if they did a German song (even though I would like it)
probably very few of the Japanese audience would understand it.

Hmmm, perhaps I should take a stab at a German theme song.... how about this:

Oh Goldenbaum Oh Goldenbaum,
Wir erfullten deiner Traum.
Oh Goldenbaum oh Goldenbaum,
Der Reich hat viel Lebensraum.

(to the tune of "Oh Tannenbaum/ Oh Christmas Tree")

trans.:
Oh Goldenbaum Oh Goldenbaum(Rudolf von Goldenbaum = first Kaiser of the Empire)
We've fulfilled your dream.
Oh Goldenbaum oh Goldenbaum,
The Empire has a lot of living space.

Hmmmm...maybe not. ^_^;;;;;;
