For years Kirheis has protected Reinhardt almost like a big brother.
As Annarose had given to Kirheis the responsibility to watch over Reinhardt,
Kirheis has given over to Reinhardt the responsibility to win the universe
for him...... his dying wish. How could Kirheis have been so humane during
the war and now at his last moments promotes the war to continue? Reinhardt
to me seems lost without Kirheis, yet he is spurred on by his last
words....... it's as if Reinhardt is no longer human, but a robot whose soul
purpose in life is to win the universe....... but then what? Once he has won
the universe....... what is he to do, I think it'll be suicide (Shakespeare
anyone?)
