The problem with that is that the military officials are not
"elected" officials; they don't represent anyone but themselves. If one
without given authority makes a decision for the whole country, that is no
longer democracy.

I'm getting it out of our club's library; I don't know where they
got it from. You probably have to trade if your club doesn't have it or if
you don't belong to a club.
