History: In 784UC, Julian lost his mother.   Six years later (790UC) his father died in battle. 

His grandmother raised him until 792UC when she died unexpectedly.    The Wartime Welfare program admitted him.

In 794UC, under the Serviceman Wartime Welfare program (The Travis Law), Julian was made a ward of Yang Wen-Li.

After serving as an orderly on Iserlohn Fortress in 797UC, Julian has finally enlisted into the Free Planets military.
