I just did a little bit more research on this. German does not have the prince title. I believe, instead they have Arch-duke. Reinhard's son, Alexander was an Archduke; Anneroes was an Archduchess; Siegfried was an Archduke. As for Reinhard him self, he was only an Duke after the civil war. Somehow, the relationship between his sister and him did not gain him the title of Archduke. On the second thought, this is reasonable. If all of an emperor's comcubines' sisters and brothers are archduke and archduchess, German would have way too much Arch-duke/duchess.
