Translation questions (Spoilers Eps 48+)

The following answers would be most appreciated as they are the last
remaining holes in the current scripts I am working on, so I would like to
fill them in ASAP and move on to other eps. Thanks.
Spoilers (probably not major but what the hell)
1. What is the name of the Alliance commissioner (the person that Julian
rescues from Phezzan), the name mentioned right before Julian's TV
interview in ep 49?
2. What is the name of the Admiral on Bucock's right flank that is
mentioned after Wahlen begins his attack during the Battle of Rantemario, ep
48? (The line is ____'s fleet of 840 is down to 130 ships)
3. What is the name of the star system that Bucock's forces retreat to
after Rantemario,ep 48? (Frederica says the name but I cannot make it out,
and I cannot make out the names of all the systems that Reinhard displays
when he enters the Phezzan computer room)
