Spoiler Warning
In LoGH novels, there was no comment regarding GE civilians in Iserlohn
Fortress before Yang took it. But when Yang had to abandon the fort, he took
great care to evacuate the FPA civilians off the fort before his fleet did.
This was done under great duress facing off Imperial assult by Oscar von
Roentahl
