If high ranking Imperial officers frequented their establishment, they would have been pumped for information, but their clientelle seemed to be soldiers and not officers. Also, the alliance propoganda machine could have used them as an example of how decadent the empire is and portray them as poor peasant girls whom were forced to be used by nobles.
