I have reviewed the battles, and indeed the "Berlin" had these outriggers
with the "Gamilonesque" pointy finny things. These indeed are one set which
I have obtained. But in trying to figure out how to mount them, I think
that they actually fly in tight formation with the flagship, rather than
be directly attached. I haven't been able to figure out what they were used
for, either. They never emitted any of those white cannon beams, and seemed
to just explode when hit, and subsequently collide with either the flagship
or the other "outrigger" if the flagship evaded fast enough. Has anyone
figured these things out?
