Yes that's true, (I didn't know whether I ought to go into detail about how
the thing is pronounced). We could argue about whether the author had enough
knowledge of German pronunciation to use the correct katakana for the sound
he should have used. However since for aesthetic reasons I prefer Lohengramm
anyway, I'll bow to this reasoning.
