Ranks in GHL (etc, etc)

When translating the ranks system used in GHL, I used the naval ranks,
EXCEPT for "Field Marshal," which had no translated equivalent for the 
kanji they used that would fit into a naval system.  (It does NOT
translate to "Fleet Admiral" in any way, shape or form.)  THis despite
the fact that each side clearly uses the term "army."

If you're not used to reading far-future SF, I'll reiterate for your
benefit: There is NO REASON to assume that any military system in use
thousands of years from now will corerespond in any way, shape, or
fashion to those in use right now.  (That's part of the reason the word
"fiction" is part of SF.)

- SueInsisting that today's ranks STRICTLY be used in SF, would be like
expecting (for example) that the "Dukes" in _Dune_ have a rank equivalent
to that found in medieval Europe (or today).  Tsk!
