Here at work we use Microsoft Exchange for mail.  The attachment you are
referring to seems to set the importance level of the message.  He had
it set to high importance, so it gets an "!" in the "Importance" column
of the mailbox.  He's probably using the same program as I am, but a
different program wouldn't know how to interpret this.
