There is an english translation of Book One and Part of Book 2 at

You say you saw epsisodes 1-22. Were they subtitled in English? I saw
a few epsiodes subtitled in English by the UC Berkeley Anime club, and
I've been hoping to see the rest ever since. Apparently, there are no
official subtitled versions available, but people out there have access
to fan-subtitled versions. Is there anybody out there willing to sell
copies? I have seen previous postings asking about English subtitled
versions, so there is interest in this.
