Is anyone interested in TV episodes in real video?

I have the whole TV series on VCD, which means making them into real video
is just a matter of time for me. However, they're Chinese subbed, and I
don't have the English scripts nor the tools to sub them.
Even if this problem is solved, I still need some place to store them,
probably on some free web hosting service and publish maybe 2 episodes
weekly or biweekly.
In case you wonder, the quality is way worse than the VCD (which aren't bad,
actually).

link in archive? Thx). If some people think the quality is bearable and is
really interested in seeing the real video version, then I'll look into
doing this seriously.
