I checked out a Chinese mall (Pacific Mall) in Toronto before I come home.
There are two stores selling mostly VCDs. One of them is called "N Pro",
which is out of stock for LoGH OAV series, but carries the two movies, 2
discs each, selling $15/movie. The other's location is around unit C20,
which has LoGH OAV series for $59.99/season. I didn't have the time to
check which seasons they actually carry since the mall was about to close by
then.
