Yes, virtually everybody in the Reich enjoys the royal wedding, except
two. The first one is the Minister of ? (I forgot it, maybe Imperial
Household), who performs as the witness of the wedding, He is taunted by
the Kaiser, "It's I who've got married, not you. Why are you so
nervous?" The second one is you expect who: Generalfeldmarschall
Kriegsminister Herr Paul von Oberstein, the party spoiler. Who else?
He brings the bad news of the revolt in Heinessenpolis.
