Could part of the confusion be that "R" and "L" have similar sounds in
Japanese? 

Hmm...perhaps "Reinhardt" is a Japanese homonym for Lion Heart, at the
same time being a reasonable misspelling of the German name "Reinhart"?

just a thought. Me, I prefer "the blonde brat." ^_^
